Vital Direct is available for $165/month. Your payment method will be charged on the day of purchase and you can update or change it anytime through your Vital Direct Member Portal.

• If you enrolled between the 1st and 14th, your coverage will start the next day and will be backdated to the 1st of the month.
• If you enrolled between the 15th and the end of the month, your coverage will begin on the 1st of the following month.
