Why did Health Compass Inc. create Vital Direct?
Vital Direct was created to support self-employed individuals and those with high-deductible plans, or limited coverage who still need affordable, everyday healthcare.
How is Vital Direct different from traditional insurance?
Traditional health plans often come with high co-pays, deductibles, and surprise bills. Vital Direct removes those barriers, offering access to everyday care for one affordable a $165 monthly membership price.
Can I use Vital Direct if I already have health insurance or a major medical plan?
Yes. You can use Vitall Direct to complement other coverage.
Who has access to the services?
Vital Direct services are available to you, your spouse or domestic partner, and your dependent children when you add them your profile in the member portal.
What services are included with Viital Direct?
Vital Direct provides access to routine healthcare services like:
- Virtual Primary Care
- Virtual Urgent Care
- Prescriptions (1,000+ generic medications at 80,000+ pharmacies)
- 3,500+ lab tests at LabCorp and Quest Diagnostics
- Virtual counseling with licensed therapists
- Patient navigation and hospital bill advocacy
- Facial scans for health monitoring
How can I purchase Vital Direct?
You can purchase Vital Direct through a broker who will provide a link to enroll. If you don’t have a broker, please contact us.
Vital Direct is available for $165/month. Your payment method will be charged on the day of purchase and you can update or change it anytime through your Vital Direct Member Portal.
If you enrolled between the 1st and 14th, your membership will start the next day.
If you enrolled between the 15th and the end of the month, your membership will begin on the 1st of the following month.
