FAQs
Vital 110 is a self-funded Minimum Essential Coverage (MEC) plan that covers routine healthcare services for employees and their families with $0 copays and no deductibles. It satisfies Affordable Care Act standards and, because it qualifies under IRC Section 125, also generates payroll tax savings for employers. The plan is designed to complement existing major medical coverage.
Vital 110 includes virtual primary care, in-person and virtual urgent care, telecounseling, prescriptions, labs, preventive care, patient navigation, hospital bill negotiation, and biometric health monitoring and management.
Vital 110 removes time and cost barriers to care by providing easy access to doctors, prescriptions, labs, and patient support through the Vital 110 app, with no out-of-pocket costs. Employees who participate in routine care monitoring—such as facial scans or health questionnaires—receive ongoing insights into lifestyle and health trends that support proactive wellness.
